Reservations Policy

Reservations and Ticketing

All reservations are subject to seat availability and confirmation by FlyALS. Bookings may be made through FlyALS offices‚ authorized agents‚ or approved online platforms.

A reservation is not guaranteed until full payment has been received and a ticket has been issued.

Passenger Information

Passengers are required to provide accurate personal details at the time of booking‚ including full name as it appears on valid identification.

FlyALS shall not be liable for any consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete passenger information.

Fares and Payments

All fares are quoted per person and are subject to change without prior notice until ticketed.

Payment must be made within the specified time limit communicated at the time of booking. Failure to comply may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

Changes and Amendments

Changes to confirmed reservations‚ including date or route changes‚ are subject to availability and applicable change fees. Fare differences may apply. Certain promotional or discounted fares may be non-changeable or subject to additional restrictions.

Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds are not permitted. In the event of a cancellation‚ the amount paid will be retained as travel credit for future use with FlyALS‚ after deducting applicable cancellation charges. Travel credit is valid for the period specified at the time of cancellation and is non-transferable.

No-Show Policy

Passengers who fail to present themselves for check-in or boarding without prior notification will be classified as a no-show. No-show reservations may be forfeited and may not be eligible for amendments.

Infants and Children

Infants not occupying a seat must be booked in advance and travel in accordance with FlyALS infant travel policies. Infants without a paid seat are not entitled to a baggage allowance.

Children (2-11yrs) and Infants(0-2yrs)

Group Bookings

Group reservations may be subject to special terms‚ including advance payment requirements‚ name submission deadlines‚ and customized cancellation conditions.

Specific group policies will be communicated at the time of booking.

Schedule Changes and Operational Adjustments

FlyALS reserves the right to amend flight schedules‚ aircraft type‚ or routing for operational‚ safety‚ or regulatory reasons. In such cases‚ FlyALS will make reasonable efforts to inform affected passengers and offer suitable alternatives where possible.

Acceptance of Policy

By making a reservation with FlyALS‚ passengers acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined in this Reservations Policy‚ as well as any applicable fare rules and conditions of carriage.
